Whether you’re looking for someone to help you get your first T&S role, land a promotion, manage people, build out a scalable strategy, or really anything else, T&S Mentor Match is here to help.
Looking for a mentor?
T&S Mentor Match is meant to be as simple and useful as possible. TSN hosts a spreadsheet filled with qualified T&S professionals who have all agreed to set aside time to mentor others.
All you have to do is review the spreadsheet, identify who may be a good fit, and reach out using their preferred method. Have patience as these mentors are quite busy and don’t be afraid to reach out to several mentors.
You and your mentor can connect as frequently as you like. Decide on cadence together. No payment is required but you should plan on showing up ready to engage, learn, and openly share with your mentor(s). Good luck!

The Trust & Safety industry is growing fast and we need as much knowledge shared as possible. To accelerate this, Jeff Dunn and Katie Dunn have created “T&S Mentor Match” which is a simple privacy-preserving way to connect people who want some advice with people who want to give advice.
If you’re interested and able to be a mentor, please fill out the application here. While every mentor-mentee relationship varies, you are in control and can dedicate as much or as little time to mentoring as you are able.
