Katie and I wanted to take a moment to share a little bit about what goes on behind the scenes at the T&S Network (TSN). We know many of you utilize the resources we’ve curated, and we wanted to give you a peek into how it all came together, and how we strive to keep it accessible.

Our Passion Project, Built in Spare Time

Like many of you, we’re deeply passionate about the work we do in Trust & Safety. We saw a need for a central hub of resources, a place where professionals could find information, tools, and community support. So, we started TSN as a labor of love, building it in our spare time, alongside our day jobs and other commitments.

It’s been a journey of late nights, countless hours of research, and a whole lot of dedication. But seeing the community grow and the resources being put to good use makes it all worthwhile.

We understand the importance of keeping these resources available to everyone, regardless of their budget.

We’ve made a conscious effort to keep TSN as free as possible. In fact, we cover the hosting fees and subscription fees ourselves to try and make everything as free as possible. However, there are some costs associated with running and maintaining the site – especially for some new AI-powered solutions we’re building. So, we only charge for things where there is a direct, unavoidable cost.

We believe that by keeping the core resources free, we can ensure that everyone has access to the information they need to succeed in Trust & Safety.
